About The Role:
We are seeking a Director of Supply Chain to lead the end-to-end orchestration of our manufacturing ecosystem. This role will serve as the critical bridge between market demand and factory execution. This role is responsible for planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, and cost optimization, ensuring we can reliably deliver high-quality products while supporting rapid growth.
Reporting into the EVP, Manufacturing Operations, you’ll partner closely with Fulfillment, Finance, Product, Engineering, and external manufacturing partners to build a resilient, data-driven supply chain that balances speed, cost, quality, and risk.

This role is open to hybrid or fully remote candidates. If based in NYC, you would be expected to work from our NYC HQ two days per week.
EEO, Salary and Location:
Salary Range: $160,000 - $170,000 base salary + plus equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance.
