NPR is seeking a strategic and collaborative Salesforce Business Analyst to join a dedicated team focused on innovating and maintaining our enterprise Salesforce CRM. NPR’s Salesforce ecosystem is a critical driver of our organizational mission, powering operations that range from newsletter subscriptions and donor management to supporting our nationwide network of Member organizations and digital experiences for millions of public media listeners.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementation. Working closely with diverse stakeholders, product managers, and development teams, you will strategically design, document, and refine our Salesforce data model and platform architecture. The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver who can translate complex requirements into elegant, scalable Salesforce solutions, communicating seamlessly across varying levels of technical expertise.

Salary Range: The U.S.-based anticipated salary range for this opportunity is $85,500 - $105,000 plus benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salaries NPR expects to provide for new hires for the position across all US locations.
NPR Benefits: NPR provides comprehensive benefits for employees and dependents. Regular, full-time employees scheduled to work 30 hours or more per week are eligible to enroll in NPR’s benefits options.
