The Accounts Receivable Supervisor is responsible for the maintenance of proper accounting records in accounts receivable and banking for allocated UPA colleges/business units in line with Navitas’ policy and procedures, including ensuring accounts receivable are receipted on a timely basis, accurately reconciling the general ledger for accounts receivable and bank accounts, handling bank queries and some bank account administration. This role will lead a small team of AR Officers.
The person we seek will ideally have the following
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in end to end Accounts Receivable
- A good level of computer literacy
- Competent Excel skills
- Team player mindset, who exhibits flexibility for different tasks and willingness to learn
- Good stakeholder engagement, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work fairly independently and utilise a level of initiative
- Good time management skills
