We’re seeking an energetic and highly organised International Sales & Marketing Officer to support international growth across ACAP University College, SAE University College, and Charles Sturt University (Sydney & Melbourne).
This role sits at the centre of International Sales and Marketing - coordinating campaigns, communications, and recruitment activity across brands and markets to drive awareness, engagement, and enrolments.
You’ll translate sales priorities into clear marketing briefs, coordinate international campaigns, develop lead-nurture and agent communications, support recruitment events, and act as a key connector across Marketing, Partnerships, and Global teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate international marketing activity by source and target market
- Support planning and delivery of multi-brand campaigns
- Develop and manage international communications and content initiatives
- Align closely with International Sales to support recruitment priorities
- Support events, expos, and fast-turnaround recruitment activity
- Manage timelines, briefs, suppliers, and delivery quality
About you:
- Experience in marketing, sales coordination, or campaign support
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Culturally aware with a genuine interest in education and international markets

- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within the education sector.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, positioning, and campaign management.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven experience developing creative briefs, coordinating campaigns, and supporting event logistics.
- Experience managing external vendors, agencies, and marketing suppliers.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools, preferably within an education or service-based organisation.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with a genuine passion for education and student success.
Desirable
- Experience in international student recruitment and/or global education marketing.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, or similar CRM/marketing platforms.
- Experience working across multi-brand or matrixed organisational environments.
