As the IT Analyst, you will be the onsite technical support expert providing best‑in‑class IT services for USH Theme Parks. You will deliver desktop support and enterprise systems support across multiple business units, attractions, and park locations. You will be responsible for providing critical, time‑sensitive support to operational areas that require immediate assistance based on the nature of theme park operations (Attractions, Park Operations, Entertainment, Retail, Food & Beverage, Guest Services, Corporate Offices, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a strong customer service attitude and professional demeanor while providing support through the TechBar: a walk‑up request, incident, and break‑fix support counter
- Perform break‑fix and end‑user desktop support across multiple park and office locations, and provide second‑level support for software, hardware, and infrastructure‑related issues
- Travel to remote or off‑site locations as scheduled or as required to support park and business operations.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to business partners, collaborating with internal IT teams and external vendors to deliver the best solutions for operational needs
- Configure, install, monitor, and maintain client workstation hardware and software; support a mobile and operational workforce
- Provide on‑the‑spot training and guidance to end users on system usage and technology tools
- Consult with customers and make recommendations on hardware and software solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to established IT standards
- Partner with internal IT teams to represent client technical needs for project planning, implementations, and standards development
- Work closely with operational technology teams to support critical park systems and assist with the implementation of new technologies in live, guest‑facing environments
- Serve as first‑line support for critical operational workspaces, including attraction control areas, entertainment venues, operations centers, and guest service locations
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required to support park operations, special events, and peak guest periods
- Undergraduate degree in a computer science, IT, IS, systems engineering or related field, and/or equivalent work experience
- Minimum five (5) years/IS&T Desktop and PC Support experience working in a large corporate environment
- Must be available on-call for weekends and 24/7 as necessary
- Experience with current technology includes:
- WIN10, Apple OSX desktop platforms
- Virtualized workstation and cloud workspace technologies
- Office 365 for both MAC and PC
- Collaboration tools technologies
- Desktop and Laptop security encryption for Mac and PC
- Active Directory Management
- Service Now or Ticketing Software experience
- Basic Networking experience
- Servers and Storage as it pertains to desktop support
- Mobile device support and management software experience
- AV \ Video Conference support experience
- Ability to work within established standards and guidelines
- Outstanding analytical/troubleshooting skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, such as persistent, client-oriented, results-oriented and accountable
- Efficient communicator at all levels of organization
- Able to analyze user-reported issues and provide solutions using the most appropriate tools and processes quickly and effectively
- Ability to work in a mission-critical environment
- Self-driven engagement with excellent follow-through skills
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds

Salary range: $62,000 - $75,000
