What We Need
We are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Payroll Manager to support our growing organization. This role will own end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state U.S. payroll and international payroll (Canada, the UK, Germany), predominantly for an exempt workforce, taking full accountability for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all applicable local, regional, and national regulations. Youβll be the primary liaison with external payroll vendors and providers, proactively managing relationships, service delivery, issue resolution. Serve as a direct, trusted point of contact for employees regarding payroll questions and issues, delivering timely, accurate resolutions with a high level of customer service, care, confidentiality, and professionalism. You should be highly proficient in ADP Workforce Now with in-depth knowledge of payroll compliance, tax regulations, and employment-related statutory requirements across multiple U.S. states and multiple countries.

For this role, the estimated base is $100,000 - $125,000 + Bonus. The actual salary may vary based on a range of factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
