What You’ll Do
NetDocuments is seeking a Head of AI Value & GTM Enablement plays a critical leadership role in scaling adoption and value realization of NetDocuments’ AI platform, including ndMAX. This role manages and develops a team of Legal Solutions Directors (former practicing attorneys and legal operations leaders), while partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive adoption, retention, and growth.
The Head of AI Value & GTM Enablement is accountable not only for individual customer success outcomes, but also for building repeatable adoption frameworks, improving enablement programs, and amplifying NetDocuments’ go-to-market impact through legal subject-matter expertise.
You will:
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Legal Solutions Directors and legal subject-matter experts
- Set clear performance expectations tied to customer adoption, value realization, and retention outcomes
- Build scalable engagement models that allow the team to support customers efficiently while maintaining high-impact executive relationships
- Partner with leadership on hiring, onboarding, and continuous enablement of Legal Solutions Director talent
Customer Adoption & Value Engineering
- Oversee customer-facing engagements focused on defining high-value AI use cases, workflow transformation, and change management
- Ensure consistent value-engineering methodologies are applied across accounts to accelerate time-to-value and drive sustained usage
- Act as an escalation point for complex adoption challenges with strategic customers
- Partner with Customer Success and Services leadership to align adoption plans with renewal and expansion goals
Training, Enablement & Content Strategy
- Own the strategy and execution for AI adoption training, including live training, office hours, and scalable digital content
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop repeatable training curricula tailored to legal personas and practice areas
- Ensure training programs directly address behavioral change, workflow integration, and real-world legal use cases
- Continuously refine enablement content based on customer feedback and usage data
Go-To-Market & Revenue Enablement
- Partner with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market initiatives, including product launches, messaging, and positioning for legal audiences
- Support strategic sales cycles through executive-level discovery, value articulation, and solution design
- Contribute to thought leadership, conference participation, and industry events to strengthen NetDocuments’ credibility in legal AI
- Serve as the "Voice of the Customer," feeding insights into product roadmap, pricing, packaging, and GTM strategy
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to inform roadmap priorities based on real-world adoption insights
- Collaborate with Marketing on customer stories, use-case development, and practice-area-specific messaging
- Partner with Operations and Analytics teams to define and track adoption and value metrics
What You’ll Need to be Successful
- JD or equivalent legal qualification required
- 5+ years of legal practice, legal operations, or legal technology experience, with credibility in Big Law or AM Law firm
- Prior people-management or team-lead experience required
- Experience driving technology adoption, change management, or transformation initiatives in legal organizations
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technology into practical legal workflows and business value
What Will Make You Stand Out
- Big Law or Am Law 100/200 experience
- Experience working in legal tech, SaaS, and/or AI-enabled products
- Background in customer success, value consulting, or sales enablement
- Passion for AI, innovation, and transforming how legal work gets done

Compensation Transparency
The minimum pay for this position is $250,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, role scope, and leveling, and may include additional variable components where applicable.
