We are looking for a Learning Content Creator to join NIQ's Global Knowledge & Training team as a hands-on e-learning developer and graphic designer. In this role, you will design, build, and deliver polished digital learning assets that support Client Training and Internal learning programs for a global audience.
This is an individual contributor role for a versatile craftsperson who is equally comfortable authoring interactive Storyline modules, producing and editing learning videos, and creating on-brand graphics. You will partner closely with instructional designers, SMEs, and program leads to bring learning experiences to life — while also helping to raise the capability of the team by informally coaching and upskilling junior associates.
Salary: 8,337,000 – 15,423,500 HUF gross per year. Placement within the range will depend on objective criteria including experience, skills, and internal equity considerations. We are committed to equal pay and pay transparency. Remuneration decisions are made using gender-neutral and objective criteria.
Key Responsibilities – What you will do:
Build interactive e-learning in Articulate Storyline 360 and other rapid development tools, including custom interactions, variables, triggers, branching, and accessible design, and publish reliably to SCORM/xAPI for delivery via Workday Learning and other LMSs.
Produce learning videos end-to-end, from scripting and storyboarding through recording, editing, motion graphics, voiceover integration, and captioning.
Design on-brand visual assets — icons, infographics, illustrations, slides, and interface elements — that reinforce NIQ's brand and support clear, learner-friendly communication.
Apply instructional design fundamentals and adult learning principles to shape content structure, pacing, interactivity, and assessment.
Manage your own project workload, tracking scope, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder inputs across multiple concurrent builds.
Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, program managers, and localization partners to manage expectations and translate learning objectives into high-quality digital experiences.
Support localization workflows by preparing source files, assets, and scripts for translation into multiple languages and reviewing localized versions for quality and layout integrity.
Informally coach and upskill junior associates on design judgement, tool craft, and quality standards — providing constructive feedback on deliverables, modeling best practices, and helping raise the overall capability of the team.
Contribute to team standards by documenting templates, style guides, and reusable components that improve consistency and speed across projects.
Iterate on learner feedback and data, refining assets to improve clarity, engagement, and measurable learning outcomes.
What you bring – Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in instructional design, digital media, graphic design, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience developing digital learning content for global or enterprise audiences.
Advanced proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 — including custom interactions, variables and triggers, responsive layouts, accessibility considerations (WCAG 2.1 AA), and SCORM/xAPI publishing (2+ years hands-on).
Strong video development skills, covering scripting, screen and camera recording, editing, motion graphics, and captioning; working proficiency in tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, and AI video tools (e.g., Synthesia).
Solid graphic design skills for learning contexts, including visual hierarchy, typography, iconography, and brand alignment; working proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma (or equivalent).
Working knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theory, and the ability to apply these principles to real deliverables.
Experience with other e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or EasyGenerator, and other modalities including virtual/classroom training and job aids.
Strong project management fundamentals — planning, prioritization, and clear communication of status and risks.
Experience collaborating on localization workflows and preparing content for translation into multiple languages.
Strong written communication skills and a collaborative, feedback-friendly working style.
Fluency in English (additional languages a plus); comfortable working in a remote or hybrid, globally distributed team.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
Preferred Qualifications – Nice to have:
SharePoint experience, including site management, document libraries, permissions, and basic Power Platform integrations (Power Automate, Forms, Lists).
Familiarity with Workday Learning as an LMS (course/program setup, enrollments, reporting).
Experience integrating AI-enabled tools into content production (e.g., generative image, video, or voiceover tools) with an eye for responsible use.
Experience mentoring or coaching peers in a design or e-learning production context.
Exposure to accessibility auditing and remediation of digital learning content.
Additional languages beyond English.
