About The Team
The Clinical Sales Associate (CSA) reports to the Clinical Sales Manager/Director and is responsible for driving revenue growth, procedural excellence, and program expansion within assigned accounts in their territory.
This is a quota-carrying, outside sales role. The CSA is accountable for increasing system utilization, expanding disposable revenue, and supporting capital pull-through by developing clinical champions and accelerating physician proficiency.
The CSA operates as a developing territory leader — owning defined accounts or segments while partnering with senior commercial teammates on broader strategy.
