In This Role
In this role, you will plan, create, and coordinate communication strategies and engagement activities that support a global customer experience enablement function. You will manage a diverse portfolio of communications, ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders and external audiences while driving awareness and engagement for key initiatives.
You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify priority messaging, develop impactful content, and execute communication plans that support customer engagement programs, including events such as roundtables. This role requires strong project management, content creation, and analytical skills to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement of communications efforts.

Compensation Information
At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $13000-140000 USD/annum.
Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
