THE OPPORTUNITY
We're seeking a QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience to own our end-to-end testing processes and drive quality assurance for new software and analytical product features. You'll reduce cycle time through test automation, shift testing left by partnering with engineers at code review and QA, and manage pre-launch testing for complex deployments. Success in this role means delivering measurable impact quickly. This requires strong SQL skills, experience with monitoring tools like DataDog, and a bias toward shipping quick wins (while demonstrating vision for long-term strategies).
This is a 6 month contract-to-hire role reporting to our Head of Technical Program Management. This is a remote friendly role, but those in the NYC metropolitan or SF Bay areas are preferred.

$131,200 - $180,400 USD per year
The above compensation range is for US-based candidates and is dependent on individual experience, skills, education, location, and qualifications. We consider all elements of compensation to be a part of the value we provide to Novans. This may include base salary, equity grants, incentive compensation for eligible roles, professional development, flexible PTO, and tenure rewards.
