THE ROLE: SENIOR INNOVATION MANAGER
We’re on the hunt for someone who can execute the innovation strategy and can get things done! This is a pivotal role tochart OLLY’s growth for the next decade. This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge breakthrough trends, consumer insight/foresight and science/technology. The senior innovation manager will execute the short & long-term innovationstrategy for OLLY to disrupt and win in the health, wellness and beauty space. This individual will be super collaborative, analytical, curious and constantly on top of trends. You’ll have cross-segment platform ownership of the innovation funnel.You’ll be responsible for managing a pipeline of innovations and stage gates, landing new products in market, andmaximizing innovation led growth for OLLY. This role reports into the VP of Brand Strategy & Innovation.

You stay on top of health and wellness trends, and are truly interested in this category. Foresight, blue sky thinking and white space identification and landing new things excites you. You are passionate about the brand and delivering on innovation led brand growth.

LOCATION: Remote, USA
HOURS: Full time, exempt (salary)
MANAGER: VP of Brand Strategy & Innovation
PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
The base pay range for this position is $147,000 to $161,700. For this remote role, compensation is determined based on geographic location and experience, and the final offer will reflect these factors within the posted range.
