Job Description
Olsson's Facilities Engineering and Design Team is at the forefront of engineering innovation, providing comprehensive services for large commercial developments, healthcare facilities, laboratories, educational institutions, data centers, and military installations. Our expertise includes engineering analysis, design services, and professional consulting, ensuring top-tier quality and world class installations. We also provide building inspection and forensic investigation services. As a member of this team, you will contribute to diverse, high-impact projects, delivering engineering solutions that make a tangible difference in communities and industries.
The Lead Engineer role oversees high-level project design and manages the overall design tasks within the structural group. As a Lead Engineer, you will make influential recommendations and decisions regarding advanced engineering activities and specialized client-type standards and have full technical responsibility of design assignments. This role manages the delivery of advanced project designs that provide purposeful, high-quality solutions to successfully solve engineering and design needs.

The typical annual salary range for this role is as listed below. Compensation may vary based on geographic location, experience, and qualifications. Employees in this role may be eligible for our performance‑based bonus and merit increases.
