Job Description
Imagine shaping the future of energy at a senior level. As part of Olsson’s Transmission and Distribution team, you’ll lead the design and delivery of high-voltage infrastructure that powers communities, supports renewable integration, and strengthens grid reliability.
This Senior Engineer role is focused on PLS‑CADD‑based transmission and distribution line design. Candidates may come from a variety of engineering backgrounds commonly associated with power delivery, with expertise centered on line modeling, structure analysis, and constructible design. You’ll guide projects from concept through construction, mentor engineers and designers, and work directly with clients to deliver high‑quality, defensible solutions.

The typical annual salary range for this role is as listed below. Compensation may vary based on geographic location, experience, and qualifications. Employees in this role may be eligible for our performance‑based bonus and merit increases.
