Job Description
Be a critical part of a team that keeps the energy flowing! On Olsson’s Substation & Power Generation team, you’ll help design systems that safely and reliably deliver power to communities. Our work strengthens mission critical infrastructure and supports a more sustainable energy future through renewable energy innovation. As a Group Leader on Olsson’s Substation & Power Generation team, you will lead a skilled group of professionals focused on designing safe, reliable, and future‑ready power infrastructure. This role is ideal for a leader who excels in mentorship, technical guidance, strategic planning, and who enjoys building strong client relationships while connecting daily project work to broader team and organizational goals.
