Our team previously scaled Tessian (cybersecurity tech, backed by Sequoia, Balderton, Accel, acquired post-Series C), and our team includes ex-founders operators who’ve grown unicorns, shipped world-class products, and executed at the highest levels. You’ll work alongside leaders like Ben, Abs, Sabrina, and Rebe.
We're looking for an Events & Community Lead to be a key early marketing hire in EMEA. This is a rare opportunity: the entrepreneurial ownership of building a loyal following from scratch in a new market, but with the funding, brand, and momentum of one of Europe's fastest-growing B2B SaaS companies.
You'll be embedded in our London office alongside an exceptional GTM and Customer team, and Reuben Sagar. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales: you'll operate as an extension of the revenue team and will own a pipeline number. Events are the core of this role. You'll own Omnea's presence at trade shows, run executive dinners, build regional programmes, and create the kind of high-touch moments that open doors with enterprise buyers. Alongside that, you'll be comfortable picking up broader growth marketing activities, ranging from ABM or content marketing (e.g. videos from events).
This isn't a role for someone who wants to execute someone else's playbook. It's for someone who wants to write it and be accountable for what it delivers. It is for someone who gets energy from hosting incredible events, building meaningful connections, and taking pride in leaving a positive impression on people.
Own Omnea's field presence across EMEA, with events as your primary lever: trade shows, executive dinners, hosted roundtables, roadshows, and regional programmes targeting CFOs, procurement leaders, and finance operators
Plan and execute events end-to-end, with sharp pre/during/post motions that convert attendance into pipeline, not just brand awareness
Build the playbook for how Omnea shows up in the EMEA market, from which events are worth sponsoring to how we run our own
Travel regularly to industry events across EMEA and make regular trips to our New York office to stay tightly connected to the US GTM team
Support net-new pipeline generation beyond events: running ABM programmes, coordinating with Commercial Associates, and picking up paid or digital activity where needed
Work closely with the London GTM team and SVP GTM to align on territory priorities, account strategy, and pipeline goals, acting as a peer to GTM leadership, not a service function
Feed market intelligence back into the business, informing positioning, messaging, and product direction based on what you're hearing in the field
Measure everything: pipeline influenced, account engagement, event ROI, and conversion, and use that data to continuously optimise your approach
As Omnea's EMEA presence scales, you'll have the opportunity to build and lead a team of your own
3+ years of field marketing experience OR any experience in planning events or projects alongside a fast-paced and demanding role
Events are your craft. You're a pro at planning & executing events or delivering delightful experiences, whether that's been in a formal work capacity (trade shows, exec dinners, annual summits) or even in your personal life! You know how to turn a room into a pipeline creation opportunity and leave people wowed
Proven track record of delivering results, ideally in a pipeline generation capacity or anything where you can show you drove the results
You've worked with sales teams before and understand how they operate: maybe you've sat in pipeline reviews, understand how salespeople think,
Comfortable as a generalist when needed: you can run a paid campaign, set up an ABM sequence, or brief a landing page without needing a specialist for every task
Entrepreneurial by nature: comfortable with ambiguity, energised by ownership, and able to build structure where none exists
Data-driven: pipeline, ROI, account engagement, and conversion rates are how you measure success, not only attendance numbers and vibes
You have gravitas and can communicate with senior executives
You go the extra mile: you are willing & able to travel regularly (around EMEA and to our New York office), and enjoy putting in a shift to deliver amazing outcomes
