About HexCoded

HexCoded (hexcoded.ai) is an AI creative studio — creators and brands use our platform to produce video content end-to-end with AI: films, short dramas, and ad creatives. We also produce as a studio: AI short-drama series and films for platforms, IP holders, and labels, with our first film in production right now. We’re a small founder-led team building fast, and whoever joins us works directly with the founders, with real ownership from day one.

About the role

Hiring at HexCoded is not a support function — it’s a production line, and you’ll run it with AI tools, not spreadsheets alone. We screen hundreds of applicants per role across creative and business hiring, and we expect you to automate the repetitive half of that. You may not have used a terminal, an API, or an ATS before — what matters is that you can figure it out within the hour, and that you’re great with people.

The terms, up front

Remote. Work from anywhere in India.
Full-time, 6 months, starts immediately.
₹10,000 – 30,000 per month, based on what you can do. Final offer after the interview and performance reviews during the internship.
Own laptop and reliable internet.
Certificate and letter of recommendation on completion.

What you'll actually work on

Own job postings end-to-end. Write JDs, publish on Internshala, LinkedIn and creator communities, keep listings fresh.
Source and screen at volume. Resumes for business and ops roles; portfolios and reels for creative roles — editors, actors, writers, AI creators.
Build the machinery. Application forms, trackers, and an ATS pipeline that stays clean at 200+ applicants per role.
Automate the grind. Use Claude Code, APIs and MCP connectors to pull applications, build AI agents that email and call candidates, and generate shortlists.
Candidate outreach and coordination. Email, WhatsApp, calls; schedule interviews with the founders; send assignments and follow up till closure.
Offers and onboarding. Documents, first-day setup, and a smooth candidate experience throughout.
Build talent pools. Colleges, creator platforms, GitHub, communities we can hire from repeatedly.
Report. A simple weekly hiring dashboard: openings, funnel numbers, time-to-close.

What you'll bring

You figure things out. Google it, ask an AI, have it working within the hour. This matters more than any skill on the list.
Comfortable in a terminal and on GitHub — you’ve made an API call and know what MCP is, or can find out today. We use Claude Code daily.
Great on the phone and in writing. You’ll be the first human a candidate talks to, and you can pitch a role and lock a slot in one call.
Extremely organised. Multiple open roles, hundreds of candidates, zero dropped threads.
English, written and spoken. Google Sheets. Basic Python is a plus.
Bonus: prior recruiting or HR exposure, any ATS, or anything you’ve built and shipped.
