Oversee the design, development, and implementation of .NET applications and PowerApps solutions, ensuring they meet project requirements and quality standards
Coordinate and prioritize development efforts to align with project timelines and business objectives.
Promote and implement Agile methodologies within the team to enhance productivity and efficiency
Identify areas for improvement in processes and tools, implementing changes that enhance team effectiveness.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in .NET, PowerApps, and relevant technologies, incorporating best practices into team projects.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field .
Strong proficiency in .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, and MVC framework.
Knowledge in Microsoft PowerApps and Microsoft Power Platform is essential.
Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based development practices.
Proven experience in Agile development methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
