Role Overview

The HR Generalist, Strategic Programs supports a variety of HR programs and projects that contribute to broader strategic HR objectives. Working with HR leaders and stakeholders across the organization, this role helps coordinate and execute initiatives across HR programs, technology, data, and process improvement, while also supporting HR technology and AI initiatives, including the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), data analysis and reporting, technology implementation, change management, communications, training, and adoption measurement.

Key Responsibilities

    · Support HR programs and projects related to employee engagement, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation, onboarding and offboarding, development, retention, and other HR areas.

    · Assist with the development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, frameworks, tools, and related documentation.

    · Work with HRBPs, managers, employees, and other stakeholders to coordinate HR initiatives, track progress, analyze data, and identify opportunities for program and process improvement.

    · Support HR systems and tools, with particular focus on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, data integrity, reporting, user support, process improvements, integrations, and vendor coordination.

    · Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR stakeholders to support recruiting workflows, system processes, and the user experience.

    · Support and coordinate HR AI initiatives, including project timelines, testing, stakeholder readiness, launch activities, training, change management, and post-launch follow-up.

    · Assist with tracking and reporting AI adoption, usage, engagement, implementation progress, outcomes, and adoption barriers, and support related communications and reinforcement activities.

    · Support acquisition integration activities in partnership with HR and cross-functional teams to help ensure smooth employee and HR process transitions.

    · Support and facilitate training on HR programs, systems, AI tools, policies, practices, and procedures, including the development of training materials, job aids, and toolkits.

    · Coordinate assigned activities across multiple HR projects, maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures, track action items and timelines, and communicate progress, risks, and issues to appropriate stakeholders.

Qualifications

    · Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.

    · 3–6 years of relevant experience in HR, HR operations, HR technology, program/project coordination, or a related area.

    · Working knowledge of HR practices and processes, with experience supporting HR programs and cross-functional initiatives.

    · Experience with HR systems and technology, preferably including an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), along with strong Excel and data analysis skills.

    · Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain high-quality data, documentation, and deliverables while managing multiple priorities.

    · Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate work across teams and escalate more complex issues appropriately.

    · Experience supporting technology implementations, change management, or AI-enabled tools is preferred.
