Our HQ is in New York City with a hybrid schedule (3 in-office days per week). Preference for NYC-based candidates or those open to relocation.

What You’ll Do

• Transform complex, manual permitting workflows into seamless, AI-enabled software experiences

• Design and implement backend and frontend services, APIs, and data pipelines to support AI-driven workflows

• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver intelligent, user-facing features

• Work directly with users to shape product direction and rapidly ship features that drive impact

• Own features end-to-end, from architecture and implementation to testing and production deployment

• Help establish engineering best practices and contribute to a culture of technical excellence

What We’re Looking For

• Must have a graduation date within 12 months of applying, or have already graduated

• Strong experience in fullstack development, ideally including time at a startup or fast-moving team

• Comfortable owning features across frontend, backend, and data layers

• Experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Postgres, or ability to learn quickly

• Track record of shipping production systems and making thoughtful trade-offs for speed, reliability, and scalability

• Excitement for AI-powered tools that solve real-world construction challenges and a customer-first mindset
