We are growing our Consultant Conveyancer network and are looking for experienced residential conveyancers who want greater control over how and when they work.

This is a self-employed opportunity designed for professionals who want to build and manage their own client base, while benefiting from the infrastructure and support of an established, regulated firm.

We remove the operational burden so you can concentrate on delivering high-quality conveyancing services.

We are seeking individuals with strong residential conveyancing experience who are comfortable working independently and managing their own clients.

Have a minimum of 4 years’ PQE (Solicitor, CILEX or CLC Licensed Conveyancer), although strong experience will be considered

Have an existing client following, or a clear plan to generate work

Be experienced across the full residential conveyancing process

Be commercially minded and self-motivated

Be set up, or willing to set up, as a self-employed consultant
