- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in data management and analytics.
- Proven experience with sales operations, ERP Systems (such as SAP), or sales enablement tools.
- Demonstrated proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of sales processes, commission structures, and sales performance metrics.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SQL or other data query languages is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
