We are looking for an Senior Accounting Analyst for our Reporting Team, who will help ensure the accuracy, transparency, and reliability of our financial data.

Challenges that await you:
- Prepare and analyze financial reports in compliance with international standards
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting deliverables
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations teams to improve reporting quality and efficiency
- Assist in the preparation of management reports, variance analysis, and ad hoc financial analyses
- Maintenance of the control procedure
What makes you a great fit:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field (mandatory)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and reporting automation
- Experience with Bank or Fintech industries is a plus
- Experience with financial reporting systems or ERP tools (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle,) is a plus
- B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
- Russian language proficiency (spoken and written) for communication with Russian-speaking employees
