We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Origination stream within the PyME team.
The PyME team is responsible for building banking products and services for small and medium-sized businesses, helping entrepreneurs manage their daily financial operations and grow their businesses.
In this role, you will focus on designing and improving customer acquisition and onboarding journeys for business clients, with a particular emphasis on business current accounts. You will work on optimizing onboarding flows, gathering and structuring business requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and continuously improving conversion and customer experience.
This role sits at the intersection of product, business, operations, and technology, offering the opportunity to shape how entrepreneurs experience the bank from their very first interaction.
Challenges that await you:
- Designing and developing onboarding for business current accounts for sole proprietors
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
- Translating business needs into clear specifications, user stories, and development tasks
- Working closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, QA, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing teams
- Supporting delivery throughout the full development lifecycle, from discovery to release
- Participating in prioritization and planning within the business banking domain
- Improving customer journeys and identifying opportunities to increase conversion and process efficiency
- Supporting and evolving existing onboarding and servicing processes for business clients
What makes you a great fit:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements
- Experience describing and optimizing business processes
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and QA teams
- Experience preparing development tasks and supporting delivery through release
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and contexts simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
- B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
