We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist Senior for our Total Rewards Team — a role that combines operational excellence, process optimization, and employee experience. As our company continues to grow internationally, you will help build scalable benefits programs, drive automation initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure our rewards offering remains competitive, efficient, and aligned with business needs
Challenges that await you:
- Manage day-to-day employee benefits operations across HQ locations (excluding Mexico)
- Coordinate benefit providers, contracts, and related operational processes
- Lead launches and improvements of benefits programs, including insurance, language-learning, and wellness initiatives
- Drive automation and optimization of Compensation & Benefits processes
- Participate in budgeting, benefits cost control, and financial planning
- Develop and maintain benefits policies, guidelines, and internal knowledge base
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Finance, HR Admin, IT, and external providers
- Act as a key point of expertise for Compensation & Benefits processes within the company
What makes you a great fit:
- 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Operations, or HR Operations
- Strong experience managing employee benefits in an international environment
- Experience working with external vendors and service providers
- Strong organizational and process management skills
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Experience driving process improvements or automation initiatives is a plus
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
- Russian language proficiency is required
