- Prepare and review the income tax provision under ASC 740 (US GAAP), including current and deferred tax computations, the effective tax rate reconciliation, deferred tax asset and liability rollforwards, valuation allowance assessments, and uncertain tax positions (ASC 740-10)
- Support quarterly and annual financial reporting for income taxes, including income tax footnote disclosures and related workpapers for SEC and statutory reporting purposes
- Manage applicable indirect tax and information-reporting obligations, including sales and use tax, Forms 1099, and FATCA/CRS filings
- Coordinate transfer pricing documentation and intercompany arrangements between US and non-US entities
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, including tax account reconciliations, accruals, and journal entries
- Respond to IRS and state and local tax authority notices, audits, and information requests
- Maintain and enhance tax-related internal controls and documentation in support of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX 404) compliance
- Lead and participate in process optimization and automation initiatives across the tax function
- Partner with external advisors and service providers, and collaborate closely with Accounting, Finance, and Treasury to ensure compliance and reporting accurac
What makes you a great fit:
