• Perform manual testing of Web and Native applications with guidance from senior team members
• Execute test cases and analyze test results
• Identify, document, and report software defects, and track them through resolution
• Communicate daily with analysts, developers, and other product team members
• Create, review, and maintain test cases and basic test documentation
• Participate in updating test plans and maintaining testing documentation
• Follow existing QA processes and contribute to their continuous improvement
• Collaborate within the team to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle

Components for success. You...

• Have up to 1 year of experience in software testing, or a strong QA internship / trainee background
• Have completed QA courses or training in software testing
• Possess basic experience in manual testing of user stories and test cases
• Are familiar with bug tracking systems and test management tools (e.g. Jira, TestRail, or similar)
• Have a basic understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques
• Understand the Agile (Scrum) process
• Demonstrate good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Have good spoken and written English (intermediate or above)
• Are curious, motivated, and eager to learn
• Show good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
• Are willing to continuously improve your technical and professional skills
