Position Summary
Praxis is seeking a strategic, highly collaborative Senior Product Manager to help shape and execute commercialization strategy for our growing portfolio of therapies focused on central nervous system disorders. This role sits at the intersection of science, customer insight, and business strategy, helping translate complex clinical innovation into meaningful impact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and knows how to align teams around clear priorities and outcomes. You will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning product strategy, launch readiness, market development, messaging, customer engagement, and competitive positioning. You will be expected to think beyond tactical execution — identifying opportunities, challenging assumptions, and helping shape commercial direction in a fast-moving biotech environment.
The right person combines strategic thinking with operational excellence. You are intellectually curious, action-oriented, and trusted by cross-functional partners because you bring clarity, accountability, and sound judgment.
