About You
About the Role
As a Program Manager focused on events, you will lead the planning and execution of advisory boards, and other HCP engagements, ensuring all programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
You will partner closely with Strategic Account Directors, Scientific Directors, and Program Coordinators to manage workflows, budgets, and logistics across multiple programs. This includes ownership of timelines, vendor coordination, medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) processes, and financial tracking. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring a seamless experience from planning through execution.
This role combines project management excellence with event execution expertise, requiring strong attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to manage both strategic priorities and day-to-day logistics. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and contributing to overall program success and client satisfaction.
