About the Role
The Strategic Account Associate (SAA) plays a critical role on Precision AQ’s Medical Communications Strategic Account Management team, supporting the growth and health of key accounts while learning how to build trusted client partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking, client interaction, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced medical communications environment. As an SAA, you will deepen client relationships, help translate strategy into action, and contribute directly to business growth—while building the skills needed to progress into a Strategic Account Manager role.
This is a high-visibility position that offers meaningful client exposure, opportunities to influence strategy, and a clear path for career advancement within the Strategic Account Management organization.

About the Role
As a Strategic Account Associate, you will support and help manage strategic client accounts while partnering closely with Strategic Account Managers and/or Strategic Account Directors. You will contribute to strategic planning, manage day-to-day client communications, and help ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client goals.
In this role, you will help develop annual strategic and tactical plans, oversee project execution, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance client success. You will also support account financial management by assisting with scoping, budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring team efficiency. Over time, SAAs are expected to increase ownership of client relationships and play an integral role in driving account growth and client advocacy.
