THE ROLE:
We are looking for a passionate, strategic, and hands-on leader to join Everpure as a Senior Manager, Field Solutions Architects. In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of technical specialists who partner closely with Sales, Systems Engineering, Product, and customers to drive business impact, elevate technical strategy, and accelerate growth.
This leader will be responsible for building and developing a strong team culture centered on coaching, collaboration, operational excellence, and customer-first execution. You will help your team translate complex customer challenges into innovative solutions, strengthen field enablement, and bring clarity and leadership to high-value technical opportunities across the business.
The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership with deep technical credibility, a sharp understanding of the pre-sales motion, and a passion for developing talent in a fast-moving environment. If you thrive on building great teams, refining strategy, and leading from the front, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
