THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Manager, Soft Home (Europe) to build and manage our vendor base across Europe for home textiles. This individual will focus primarily on bedding and secondarily on window treatments, table linens, and other soft home textiles. This is a pivotal role as we expand sourcing outside of Asia and diversify our supply chain. The ideal candidate will bring deep product knowledge, a robust vendor network, and the ability to navigate the complexities of sourcing in Europe. This is an individual contributor role reporting to Tugba Geyisi.
This person will serve as the linchpin in launching Quince’s Home Textiles business in Europe, owning both vendor management and upstream sourcing strategy across nominated mills and finished goods suppliers.
