THE ROLE:
Creative Strategy Director
Quince is hiring a Performance Creative Strategy Director to join our Paid Social team. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and performance—leading the development of high-impact ad concepts that drive growth while maintaining Quince’s elevated aesthetic.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience leading creative strategy for high-growth, direct-to-consumer brands, ideally in the premium or luxury space. You pair sharp creative instincts with a data-driven mindset, translating insights into concepts that scale without sacrificing taste.
You’ll guide a small, high-performing team of creative strategists, designers, and editors to deliver ads that convert and build brand love. From writing briefs and shaping content strategy across channels to collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and merchandising, you’ll ensure every campaign reflects both the art and science of performance marketing.
This role will report into our Director, Paid Social.
