THE ROLE
Senior Sourcing Manager
We are looking for a Senior Sourcing Manager to join our growing Home team. This role will report to the VP of Home Sourcing.
In this role, you will lead vendor relationships and sourcing strategy for Quince’s North America–based Home Hard Lines categories, with a particular focus on Made-to-Order (MTO) upholstery products. You will play a critical role in building and scaling our North American-based manufacturing network, including close partnership with fabric mills.
Success in this position means driving best-in-class vendor onboarding and development, ensuring quality and compliance, negotiating costs to deliver margin improvement, and enabling operational excellence across the region. You will partner closely with Home Merchandising, Planning, Design, and Operations to bring high-quality products to market quickly and reliably, in support of Quince’s mission to make luxury-quality home goods accessible.

*Candidates based in the SF Bay Area will be required to work in a hybrid capacity, 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday). All candidates outside of that region will be able to work in a fully remote capacity. No relocation is required.
All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.
