We're looking for a Product Manager to lead the product strategy and execution for how customers discover refurbed across search engines, AI assistants, and the emerging world of agentic commerce. You will work at the intersection of product, SEO, engineering, data, brand & marketing, and commercial strategy, across refurbed's 24 European markets. Your mission is to make refurbed the most discoverable, most trusted, and most cited refurbished marketplace — whether a customer starts on Google, asks an AI assistant, or lets an agent complete the purchase for them.
This is a highly strategic and hands-on product role. Organic is an important acquisition channel for refurbed, and AI is reshaping it. You will own both the classic SEO engine (technical health, content, and rankings across markets) and the new frontier of AI discoverability and agentic commerce, defining how refurbed shows up as search shifts from ten blue links to AI-generated answers and autonomous buying agents.
You will own the product layer around acquisition: what makes Refurbed's catalog and content crawlable and citable, how our product feeds get distributed, how we earn entity authority and category share of voice, and how we measure whether any of it actually drives qualified traffic. Organic acquisition doesn't exist in isolation; it overlaps with paid search, and part of your role is to understand that interplay and make the overall acquisition mix more efficient.
WHO YOU ARE:
- 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent on SEO, organic growth, or marketplace/content discoverability.
- A strong understanding of technical and content SEO: crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internationalization, ideally at scale across multiple markets.
- Genuine curiosity about how AI is reshaping discovery: LLM search, generative engine optimization, entity authority, and agentic commerce. You don't need to be an expert yet, but you should be excited to become one.
- Comfort working with product feeds and structured data (e.g. Google Merchant Center, and emerging agentic-commerce specs).
- A channel-agnostic view of acquisition: you understand that organic and paid search interact (cannibalization, incrementality, market-by-market overlap) and you're motivated to make the combined mix efficient, not just to grow one channel's numbers.
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of experimentation and performance measurement; you're comfortable digging into Search Console and analytics data yourself.
- Strong technical fluency: you don't need to code, but you should be comfortable discussing crawling and rendering, feeds, APIs, structured data, and technical trade-offs with engineers.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams that have different goals, incentives, and operating rhythms (engineering, marketing, supply, legal, data).
- A structured, outcome-oriented approach to product discovery and delivery, and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing areas where the right solution is not obvious from the start.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to make complex systems understandable, actionable, and inspiring.
- A hands-on mindset and fluency with AI tools in your daily work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for refurbed's organic acquisition, spanning SEO, AI discoverability (GEO), and agentic commerce.
- Lead technical and content SEO across our 24 European markets: crawlability, indexation, canonicals, site structure, localized URLs, and CMS content such as brand hubs and trust hubs, together with refurbed SEO manager.
- Define and drive our AI discoverability strategy: how refurbed is surfaced, cited, and recommended by ChatGPT, Gemini, and AI Overviews, and how we grow entity authority and category share-of-voice.
- Own the product requirements for our product feeds, ensuring the catalog is structured for both traditional shopping surfaces and agentic commerce.
- Translate company and product strategy into clear problem statements, business requirements, user stories, and measurable success criteria.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Data & Analytics, Brand & Marketing, Supply, and Legal to ship crawlable, well-structured, trustworthy experiences, and to unblock the cross-team work that discoverability depends on.
- Use data and experimentation to prioritize the highest-impact opportunities and de-risk changes before scaling them across markets.
- Monitor organic performance (clicks, impressions, rankings, citations, share-of-voice) YoY and MoM, diagnose market-level movements, and turn them into action.
- Support understanding the interaction between organic and paid traffic: work with Performance Marketing and Analytics to measure cannibalization and incrementality, understand where the two channels overlap or compete by market, and help steer spend and effort toward the most efficient overall acquisition mix.
- Communicate complex SEO, AI, and agentic-commerce topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Manage capacity and trade-offs across a small team and shifting priorities, keeping the focus on outcomes over output.
