The National Director of Health Plan Growth is a strategic, high-impact sales role responsible for driving net-new business across national and regional health plans. This individual will lead enterprise sales efforts, building relationships with executive stakeholders and positioning Reliant’s cost-containment and payment optimization solutions. This role plays a critical part in expanding Reliant’s market presence and supporting Point C’s mission to deliver innovative, high-value healthcare solutions.

OTE: $225K-$275K + uncapped commission.
Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.
