Key Responsibilities

- Manage a structured sales pipeline using CRM tools to track progress and follow-ups.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a recruitment or business development role.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales and/or placement targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Proficiency in CRM software and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
