About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking Director, Go to Market Leadership Enablement to join our Revenue Enablement division. This strategic role is designed to empower our leaders, streamline our go-to-market operations, and elevate performance across all revenue-generating teams.
As a senior leader within the enablement function, you will design, implement, and scale leadership development programs and process optimization initiatives that drive impact across Sales and Customer Success. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that our revenue teams are equipped, aligned, and empowered to deliver results in a rapidly evolving Ed-Tech landscape.

Salary Range: The base range for this position is $160,000 - $175,000. This range is based on national market data and may vary by experience and location.
