Rival is looking for a Canada based (Ideally East Coast as you will be working EST hours) DevOps Engineer with experience supporting enterprise grade software delivery. This is a remote opportunity to experience working in a growing technology company that will allow you to put your signature on the direction of the architecture and engineering culture.
Reporting to the VP of Engineering, you’ll be responsible for leading the DevOps team, designing and implementing scalable infrastructure, ensuring smooth deployment processes, and monitoring and maintaining the stability and performance of our production systems. You will work closely with software developers, QA, and our tech support team to oversee and integrate DevOps best practices to improve our product releases, quality, and manage the infrastructure.

Fair compensation: We’re committed to pay equity and fair pay practices. The salary range for this role is CAD $110,000 to $125,000, with final compensation based on skills, experience, and internal equity.
