As HR Lead, you will take ownership of the full HR function across multiple countries, with a primary focus on recruitment and onboarding, while coordinating local HR teams in Ukraine, Poland, and other markets across Europe and Central Asia. You will build scalable HR processes, drive talent acquisition, and ensure every new hire integrates successfully into the organization.
This is a strategic yet hands-on role for an experienced HR professional who combines people-first thinking with operational discipline and a genuine passion for building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, attracting, evaluating, and retaining talent across all markets.
Design and implement a structured onboarding system, ensuring smooth role entry and probationary period completion for every new hire.
Plan and manage employee integration timelines, providing hands-on support throughout the adaptation process.
Coordinate local HR specialists across countries, ensuring aligned processes and consistent standards.
Manage core HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and employee development.
Oversee HR documentation, reporting, and compliance with local labor regulations in each market.
Identify and mitigate HR risks; manage conflict resolution and employment-related legal matters.
Develop internal communications and foster a strong, cohesive team culture across geographies.
Design and optimize compensation, motivation, and retention programs.
Build employee competency frameworks, training initiatives, and talent pipeline development.
Align individual employee goals with overall business objectives.
Candidate Profile
3–5 years of HR experience with a strong track record in recruitment and onboarding.
Prior experience managing or coordinating HR teams across multiple locations is a strong advantage.
Deep knowledge of the full recruitment cycle and modern talent sourcing methods.
Structured and process-oriented, able to build systems from scratch and optimize existing ones.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively across cultures and time zones.
Comfortable navigating labor law requirements in different jurisdictions.
Proactive, organized, and results-driven, able to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
Higher education in HR, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
Fluent in English. Ukrainian, Polish are an advantage.
