Sourcing at RNRS is its own function, not a supporting role.
We're building a dedicated sourcing practice from the ground up, and this role sits at the center of it. You'll work on complex, international mandates across multiple industries, geographies, and talent pools. The roles we fill aren't easy to fill, that's exactly why we exist.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for complex, hard-to-fill roles across global markets
Develop and iterate multi-channel sourcing approaches: Boolean, talent mapping, community sourcing, referral networks, and beyond
Leverage AI tools and modern sourcing technology to surface hidden talent and work faster and smarter
Build market intelligence and talent maps to inform hiring strategies before a search even begins
Partner closely with recruiting leads to shape the search brief, not just execute it
Maintain clean, structured pipeline data and translate it into sourcing insights
Who You Are
4+ years of hands-on sourcing experience (not coordination or HR operation)
Analytically minded, you make decisions based on data, patterns, and market signals
Creative in your approach: you don't rely on the same five tactics for every search
Familiar with AI-powered sourcing tools and actively curious about what's emerging
Comfortable navigating international talent markets and ambiguous role profiles
Someone who wants to grow in sourcing specifically, not use it as a stepping stone
