Our client is a fast-growing global fintech company operating a leading online trading platform with a strong international footprint. They are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join a scaling global technology organisation and build the HRBP function from the ground up - establishing processes and frameworks where none currently exist. Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted People Partner to global technology leaders, translating business objectives into people initiatives that drive organisational performance and long-term success.
Build HRBP processes and frameworks from scratch - this is a greenfield role, not a support function inheriting existing structures.
Anticipate future talent needs through headcount planning and business forecasting; work with leaders to build scalable staffing models and succession plans.
Partner with the Talent team to optimise recruitment strategies and ensure seamless onboarding experiences for top tech talent.
Implement performance frameworks that promote accountability, supporting managers with goal setting, continuous feedback, and development plans.
Design and deliver L&D programmes - from technical up-skilling to leadership workshops - aligned with global priorities.
Resolve workplace issues with empathy and fairness; lead engagement and retention initiatives and maintain feedback channels to surface insights.
Create scalable HR policies aligned with global best practices and local labour regulations, monitoring regulatory changes across markets.
Enhance HR processes, payroll coordination, HRIS administration, and reporting by embedding automation and best practices.
Use HR analytics, dashboards, and survey data to track key metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
Requirements:
7–10 years in HRBP or HR leadership roles within fast-growing technology companies.
Proven experience partnering with C-level stakeholders in technical departments (Product, Engineering, IT, Security) - this is a must.
Demonstrated ability to in managing HR operations, payroll, HRIS, and policy implementation in complex, fast-paced environments.
Strategic and analytical mindset, the ability to connect business goals to people initiatives and use data to drive decisions and measure impact.
Extensive experience partnering on recruitment initiatives, designing onboarding programmes, and implementing performance frameworks for high-performing tech teams.
Experience with labour law and local employment practices.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills across senior leadership and international teams.
Openness to AI-driven ways of working; experience with AI tools is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; CIPD or equivalent is a strong plus. Fluent English (B2+).
