As Head of Warehouse Projects, you will own the end-to-end delivery, automation integration, and operational handover of our European fulfillment centers. Leading the FC Implementation team, you will establish project management frameworks and align cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Procurement, and Operations.

End-to-End Execution: Drive CapEx automation and intralogistics projects to deliver scalable, on-time FC launches.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the FC Implementation team while establishing best-in-class project frameworks.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Engineering, Automation, Procurement, and Operations to integrate tech and manage stakeholders.
Handover & Support: Ensure seamless operational transitions through structured training, documentation, and maintenance frameworks.
Technical Expertise: Act as the internal authority for material handling and automation engineering decisions.
Experience: 5+ years managing large-scale CapEx projects in warehouse automation, material handling, or manufacturing.
Education: Degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
Technical Expertise: Solid knowledge of conveyors, racking, and automated warehouse systems.
Certifications & Skills: PMP, PRINCE2, or IPMA certification; strong analytical and risk management capabilities.
Leadership & Mobility: Proven team management skills, hands-on mindset, and willingness for international travel.
Preferred: Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or exposure to emerging robotics.
