One of the RubyLabs’ portfolio companies is looking for a highly experienced and specialized Senior Growth Manager to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to drive top-of-funnel growth through optimizing our funnel stages, leading to user registration and payment. This role requires direct experience in managing and improving web funnels in a B2C environment.
Launch and iterate on product experiments daily and weekly across the funnel.
Own and manage the experimentation backlog (prioritization, planning, execution).
Write clear PRDs and experiment briefs for fast developer execution.
Generate experiment ideas using UX research, funnel analysis, and data insights (via Mixpanel and Claude).
Own the full experiment lifecycle (idea → build → release → measure → decision).
Work directly with developers, providing continuous feedback to ensure fast delivery and accuracy.
Manage release flow across dev, staging, and production environments.
Ensure accurate tracking, analytics, and A/B test setup (via GrowthBook and Mixpanel).
Monitor performance and deliver daily/weekly insights and iteration decisions.
Control the end-to-end experimentation pipeline, ensuring speed, quality, and KPI alignment.
5+ years of combined experience in product management and growth, with at least 3+ years in growth/product optimization roles.
Proven track record of optimizing web funnels in B2C (B2B is a plus), directly impacting CR, LTV, and CPA.
At least 1 year of experience in a high-velocity growth environment, where experiments are launched daily or weekly.
Strong hands-on experience running A/B tests end-to-end (hypothesis → setup → analysis → decision).
Deep proficiency with product analytics tools, especially Mixpanel (funnels, cohorts, event-based analysis).
Experience with experimentation and feature flagging tools like GrowthBook.
Ability to write clear, developer-ready PRDs and experiment specs with precise acceptance criteria.
Strong understanding of event tracking, data integrity, and experiment measurement frameworks.
Experience working closely with engineers, with solid understanding of dev → staging → production workflows.
High execution speed with ability to manage multiple concurrent experiments and hit strict KPI targets.
