Rush Street Interactive (RSI), a leader in the fast-growing iGaming industry, is offering a 12- week internship program designed to give students and early-career professionals hands-on experience in customer support and player experience. As an RSI Intern, you’ll work directly with our Player Support team to help ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. You’ll gain firsthand insight into how RSI supports players across our online gaming platforms—learning the processes, communication skills, and problem-solving techniques that keep our customers engaged and satisfied. You’ll collaborate with experienced mentors, contribute to meaningful projects, and build the skills needed to launch your career in a dynamic, tech-driven industry.
