About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Staff Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The Recruiter will source, screen, and hire top talent to fill various open positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of roles, technologies, and trends, along with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Should have 8+ years of experience as a seasoned Recruiter with a solid understanding of GTM (Go-to-market) roles and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate the selection process by conducting reference checks, background checks, and skills assessments.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in IT recruitment.
