As they continue modernizing internal processes, they are seeking an AI Automation Specialist to identify workflow improvement opportunities, implement practical AI solutions, and help teams reduce manual work through scalable automation.
The AI Automation Specialist will be responsible for evaluating business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and implementing AI-powered workflows that improve operational efficiency across multiple departments. The AI Automation Specialist will work closely with stakeholders to recommend practical automation solutions, integrate business systems, document workflows, and support organization-wide AI adoption. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, implementing low-code automation solutions, and helping businesses work smarter through AI.

Evaluate business processes across departments to identify automation opportunities.
Recommend workflow improvements that reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

2–5 years of experience in workflow automation, systems implementation, business operations, or related roles.
Experience implementing AI tools and automation platforms within business environments.
Experience integrating business systems and optimizing operational workflows.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on automation initiatives.
Strong process improvement and systems-thinking abilities.
Strong workflow automation knowledge.
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience implementing AI-powered business solutions.
