Our client is a growing organization focused on serving high-net-worth and accredited investor clients. They generate warm leads primarily through Facebook ads and prioritize delivering a professional, high-comfort experience throughout the sales and onboarding process. With structured systems and defined processes in place, they are expanding their team to ensure prospects are properly qualified, scheduled, and supported from first contact through onboarding.
Fully Remote | 9:00 AM β 5:00 PM PST
The Appointment Setter will contact warm leads, qualify prospects, schedule appointments for senior sales representatives, and assist with client onboarding when needed. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence on Zoom, and the ability to work professionally with pre-qualified warm leads while maintaining accurate CRM documentation and high daily call volume.
Contact warm leads generated primarily through Facebook ads
Make 50β150 dials per day
Conduct 5β15 minute qualification calls
Ask scripted qualification questions and address high-level inquiries
Schedule appointments for senior sales representatives
Manage leads and scheduling inside Go High Level (CRM)
Accurately document call outcomes and next steps
Assist new clients through onboarding in Tribexa
Guide clients through documentation and account setup
Conduct Zoom calls to walk clients through deal documents and system access
Support clients who may require additional time and clarity
Provide a high-comfort experience for high-net-worth individuals
Maintain a confident and professional presence on Zoom.
Deliver a high-comfort experience for pre-qualified warm leads.
2+ years of appointment-setting experience.
Strong experience handling warm outbound calls.
Experience working with high-value or financial clients is a plus.
Knowledge of the real estate investment industry, investor relations, or closely related fields
Experience with high-value or financial clients is a plus
Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) strongly preferred.
Experience using Zoom for client-facing onboarding.
Strong professional English communication skills
Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and professional.
Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.
Comfortable making high-volume daily calls.
Professional demeanor and confident presentation in virtual environments.
