Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM EST
The Appointment Setter will be responsible for booking qualified inbound prospects for sales calls and supporting the growth of the agency’s sales pipeline. This role begins with appointment setting and offers the opportunity to progress into running discovery and closing calls once fully trained and approved, within a commission-based structure.
Book qualified inbound prospects for sales calls, ensuring strong alignment for discovery conversations.
Set the foundation for a smooth and effective transition into the sales process.
Transition into handling intro discovery calls once trained and approved.
Take on increased responsibility with access to higher commission opportunities.
Conduct consistent follow-up with prospects via phone, email, and CRM workflows.
Ensure prospects remain engaged and move efficiently through the sales funnel.
Prevent leads from falling through the cracks.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM.
Work closely with the Director of Sales and leadership team to improve booking rates.
Contribute to enhancing overall sales processes and performance.
2+ years of experience in sales or appointment setting.
Agency or high-ticket sales experience preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills with confidence on calls.
Coachable mindset with willingness to follow a proven sales process.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-driven.
Comfortable working in a commission-based compensation structure.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
Organized and consistent in follow-up and pipeline management.
Successfully booking qualified inbound leads for sales calls.
Progressing into running discovery calls with a strong understanding of client needs.
Maintaining consistent follow-up and ensuring no opportunities are lost.
Collaborating effectively with the sales team to improve booking rates and overall performance.
Building a strong pipeline and achieving high conversion rates.
