Our client is a premier mountain resort and hospitality company offering year-round outdoor experiences, including skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and leisure activities. In addition to operating a brewery and various tourism-related services, they create memorable guest experiences across multiple touchpoints. With a diverse portfolio that includes resort operations, hospitality venues, and tourism brands, they are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage and elevate their day-to-day digital communications.
Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 5 PM EST
The Digital Marketing Coordinator will manage digital communications across the client’s resort, brewery, golf, and tourism platforms. This role is responsible for content scheduling, social media management, website updates, and cross-brand coordination to ensure all digital platforms remain accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
Post and update content across websites and social media platforms for Mt. Baldy Resort, Mt. Baldy Brewery, Visit Mt. Baldy, and Mistwood Golf.
Ensure websites and social media accounts are consistently updated with accurate information, including conditions, hours, events, and promotions.
Coordinate and send email newsletters and campaigns to engage and inform customers.
Maintain a structured content calendar to ensure timely posting across all platforms.
Ensure content consistency across all brands within the portfolio.
Coordinate content across multiple platforms, leveraging overlapping audiences for maximum engagement.
Repurpose content across Mt. Baldy Resort, Brewery, and Visit Mt. Baldy to maintain cohesive messaging and streamline execution.
Maintain a distinct brand voice for Mistwood Golf while ensuring alignment within the overall portfolio.
2+ years of digital marketing or social media management experience, preferably within outdoor recreation, hospitality, or tourism.
Proficiency with website CMS platforms such as Squarespace or WordPress.
Experience managing website content updates and social media scheduling.
Strong writing and scheduling abilities to deliver timely and engaging content.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple brands and platforms simultaneously.
Proactive and self-directed, capable of working independently and prioritizing effectively.
Comfortable executing with fast turnaround times in a dynamic, weather-driven environment.
Passion for outdoor recreation, tourism, and hospitality marketing.
Photography and videography skills are a plus.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is preferred.
Marketing experience in ski, tourism, hospitality, or golf industries is advantageous.
Consistently delivering engaging content across websites, social media, and email campaigns.
Maintaining up-to-date digital platforms with accurate operational and promotional information.
Streamlining cross-brand content strategies for efficiency and stronger engagement.
Ensuring brand consistency across all platforms while preserving distinct brand identities.
Meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
